Evaluate before you hire

Precepting allows you to evaluate prospective employees over 100 – 200 hours in a real clinical setting. Unlike traditional interviews, which give you only a small slice of the candidate’s true self, working with a student over the course of a rotation provides deep insight into their character, skills and personality.

Eligibility Requirements

To precept for ClinicalSuite, you must hold one of the following degrees:

Medical Doctor (MD)
Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Physician Assistant (PA)

Additionally, your medical license must be active and clear of any violations or suspensions.

Guaranteed $1,000 honorarium, payable at the start of each rotation. If you prefer to be paid by the hour, we offer that option as well, and you can set your own hourly rate.
Unlike competing services, we allow you to review each student’s CV and optionally interview the student before offering a preceptorship. With ClinicalSuite, you’re always in the driver’s seat.
We offer an optional referral program that allows you to outsource all your direct student preceptor requests to us. We can add a link on your website for preceptor inquiries and handle them on your behalf, filtering students who don’t meet your criteria. We’ll also pay you a referral fee on all students whom you refer to us.
